New KALer

Hi guys! I just joined, and I haven't started knitting the CPH yet. The pattern and yarn are both on their way, and I've got a couple projects to finish first. But I wanted to join and benefit from all your work, and let you know about some yarn!

I just ordered the tahki donegal tweed the pattern calls for from webs (yarn.com), they have closeout colors that are half price, each skein is only 5.29, and as you may know, the yardage per skein is not too shabby. I think I'll make the whole sweater for about $50 including shipping. Of course, they only have one color in closeout, it's a golden yellow, or maybe a yellow brown. Not everyone's cup of tea, but I think it will work for me, and I wanted to let everyone know about it.

I look forward to sharing and working with you all!

Best,
Shiva
